By using Lotline Market you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What we are

Lotline Market is a place where people can list cars and contact each other. We are not a party to any sale. We don't own, inspect, store or deliver the cars, and we don't handle payments or paperwork. Any deal is between the buyer and the seller.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 to create an account.
• Give accurate information and keep your sign-in details private.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Your listings

• Only list cars you own or are allowed to sell, and describe them honestly.
• Only upload photos you have the right to use.
• Prices, mileage, condition and title status must be accurate to the best of your knowledge.

What isn't allowed

• Scams, fake listings, or asking for payment before a buyer has seen the car.
• Anything that isn't a car for sale, spam, or repeated duplicate listings.
• Harassment, threats, hate speech, or illegal content.
• Trying to break, overload or get around the security of the site.

Removing content

We may hide or remove any listing, message or account that breaks these rules or that we believe puts others at risk, with or without notice.

No guarantees

The site is provided "as is". We don't promise that listings are accurate, that a car is as described, or that the site will always be available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from deals between users. Please read our safety tips.
